In line with the Ease of Doing Business initiative, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) introduced an integrated Web form SPICe+ (INC-32). This platform streamlines various services including Name Reservation, Incorporation, Director Identification Number (DIN) allotment, and mandatory issuance of PAN, TAN, EPFO, ESIC, and Profession Tax. Additionally, it facilitates Goods & Services Tax Identification Number (GSTIN) allocation upon request by stakeholders.

This step involves submitting the Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) application to the DSC Certifying Authority to obtain digital signatures for directors and shareholders.
This step involves applying for the Reservation of Name of the proposed company through Part "A" of the e-form SPICe+ on the Ministry of Corporate Affairs portal.
This step entails submitting the Incorporation Application to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs through Part "B" of the e-form SPICe+ on the MCA portal within 20 days of receiving the Name Approval Letter from the relevant ROC. Application for allotment of DIN is made in SPICE Part A.
After submitting the Incorporation form (SPICe+), the Ministry carefully reviews the provided documents and information. Upon satisfaction and verification, the Ministry issues a "CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION," confirming the formation of the entity.

After submitting the Incorporation form FiLLiP, the Ministry carefully reviews the provided documents and information. Upon satisfaction and verification, the Ministry issues a "CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION," confirming the formation of the entity.
After incorporation of LLP, a LLP Agreement is to be drafted and has to be filed with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs portal.
